Most pieces in the catalogue are produced in small batches. After you submit an Order First request or complete PayPal checkout, our team confirms current stock and lead times for each item. For larger items (vanities, shower systems) lead times are typically 2–6 weeks.
Our faucets, mixers and shower systems use solid brass cores with living-finish copper, smoked bronze or brushed graphite surfaces — no plated finishes that flake over time. Cartridges are serviceable so the fitting can be kept in use for many years.
Your cart is stored locally in your browser. You can add, remove or change quantities at any time — nothing is sent to our team until you reach checkout or submit a contact inquiry of type "Ask about selected products".
Order First sends us a request to confirm availability, lead time and shipping before any payment. PayPal completes payment through the official PayPal interface for the total of your cart — no card details are ever entered on our site.
No. The PayPal button on our checkout opens PayPal's own secure interface. We never see, collect or store your PayPal email, password or any card information.
Shipping is quoted per project after confirmation, based on destination, dimensions and any special handling. We ship across the EU as standard and arrange international freight for larger orders on request.
Wipe surfaces with a soft cloth and warm water — avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners. Living-finish copper and brass develop a soft patina with use, which is intended. Stone and ceramic basins should be wiped after use to avoid limescale rings.

Prices shown are demonstration list prices in USD, exclusive of tax and shipping. The final invoice is confirmed by the studio once availability, destination and any project-specific adjustments are agreed.
